The
Assistant Finance Manager
supports the Group Finance Director for afintech company
in managing thefull spectrum of financial operations
, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls across multiple entities. Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting Budgeting & Forecasting Treasury & Cash Flow Management Internal Controls & Compliance Leadership & Team Development Ad-Hoc Duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA).
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience,
includingat least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of MFRS/MPERS, tax, and audit requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems (e.g., Autocount or SAP), and reporting automation tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High integrity, strong sense of accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-time
