Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and maintain a complete general ledger.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
Prepare balance sheet schedules, variance analysis, and other reports requested by the Finance Manager.
Help monitor cash flow, manage payments, and prepare cash flow summaries for management.
Review invoices, expense claims, and support proper maintenance of vendor and customer accounts.
Maintain fixed asset records and ensure timely depreciation postings.
Support the Finance Manager during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and resolving queries.
Requirement
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience (supervisory or senior accounting experience is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Experience with accounting/ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ability to work extra hours during reporting and audit periods; strong confidentiality and professionalism.
