Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the Management Accounting function which includes budget preparation and review, price setting, ROI and costing analysis as well as information management Assist in other corporate financial matters which include restructuring & corporate exercises and project feasibility studies Liaise with auditors, other external consultants and relevant government authorities in execution of job responsibilities Manage the organization\'s Insurance Policies Identify and actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes To assist in ad-hoc issues/ duties assigned by the Finance Management from time to time Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/CIMA/ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification Minimum of 8 years related experience in a senior financial position, preferably in the healthcare industry Good problem solving, analytical and presentation skills Good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels Self-initiative and able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision Experience with Microsoft GP system is an added advantage
