Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently, lead a team, and meet tight deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, "year-end" financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, in compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and LH Plus's internal policies.
  • Support the budgeting & forecasting process by perform variance analyses (actual vs budget) and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow projections, accounts receivable & payable, and liaise with banking partners as needed.
  • Oversee cost-control initiatives, reviewing overheads, manufacturing costs, wastage, and ensure manufacturing cost efficiency consistent with LH Plus's operational goals.
  • Ensure internal control systems are robust by participate in audits (internal & external), assist in providing required schedules & documentation, implement audit findings / recommendations.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes and address audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, customs (for exports), statutory requirements, and relevant certifications LH Plus holds (quality / environment / safety etc.).
  • Support systems & process improvements: help in implementing financial systems or workflows to enable better reporting, tracking, automation where feasible.
  • Assist in risk management: Identify financial, operational risks (e.g. currency, cost variance, supply chain), recommend mitigation measures.
  • Team supervision / development: guide / mentor junior finance staff; ensure tasks are delivered on time, with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (production, procurement, sales) to align financial planning, cost estimations, and ensure financial discipline across the company.
