JOB VACANCY

POSITION - ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

LOCATION - SECTION 15, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 7500-8000

Tasks & responsibilities

? Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.

? Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports

? Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.

? Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.

? Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).

? Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.

? Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit

to Tax Agent accurately and timely.

? Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement

? To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.

? To prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions

? To prepare monthly financial closing.

? To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.

? To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies:

? Excellent Microsoft Office skills

? Handling full set of accounts

? Experience in ERP system will be added advantage.

? Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight

deadline.

? Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
