Job Description
You are responsible to be in charge of the Compliance & Reporting function of the company, overseeing regulatory compliance and producing accurate financial reports.You will be responsible to
- Oversee timely preparation of accurate management accounts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage audits, taxation, and SST matters.
- Oversee consolidation of financial data for multiple legal entities.
- Supervise the daily operations of the accounts department.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and operational reports.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in tax filings and provide support for decision-making.
- Hold a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in a people management role.
- Possesses strong Excel skills.
- Proactive, expertise in systems optimisation, self-motivated, and able to multitask, with a performance-driven mindset.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can easily interact with management personnel across different functional areas.
