Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements, reporting directly to the Finance Director (FD) who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, cash flow, and profit & loss.
Prepare financial statements and handle account closing for various groups.
Handle accounts, including payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory, and fixed assets.
Conduct various operational audits, including stock take, and E-shop membership points.
Perform bank reconciliation, manage cash balances and forecasts, and handle credit card transactions.
Prepare P&L forecasts, cost analysis, and manpower pay analysis.
Oversee payroll, bills, and payments.
Manage depreciation schedules and update audit schedules for fixed assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST submissions and final tax reports to IRAS.
Develop and maintain SOPs for finance and audit-related matters.
Develop performance measures to support the company's strategic direction.
Liaise and coordinate with Singapore office staff, banks and outsourced corporate services firm on Company secretariat, SOP audit & compliance matters.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferably from service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry.
Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
Fluency in both English and China will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
