JOBS DESCRIPTIONS

Oversee finance and accounting staff to ensure that they are suitably motivated anddeveloped, and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards Prepare the yearly operating budget for the company to ensure that all financial objectives arefulfilled and that all financial and legislative regulations are complied with Manage performance against budget, highlighting concerns and opportunities, liaise withstakeholders to ensure concerns are being communicated and addressed Review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and any other financial reports,ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant governing rules, standards andrequirement

Handle banking facilities such as BA, IF, BG, and others, while liaising closely with bankers to ensure smooth operations

Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reporting, in compliance with the applicable governing standards and regulations, and group reporting requirements.

Assist in accounting, tax and financial reporting matters and technical advisory Liaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process for the companies Develop good relationships with external parties, e.g., solicitors, bankers and statutoryorganizations Correspond with other departments, discussing corporate strategies and deciding on futuredirections Manage and oversee the finance and accounts for multiple companies/subsidiaries Any other duties assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Accountancy and/ or ACCA/CPA qualified. Minimum 3 years of working experience in public listed companies Acquire knowledge in taxation Certified MIA Able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively both as an individual andteam. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task and good MS office skills,especially Excel and experience with SAGE system

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
