\xc2\xb7 Oversee a team of accounting staff.
\xc2\xb7 Perform month end account closing activities and reconciliation including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, debtors and creditors list, fixed asset schedules and Bank Reconciliation.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly forecast reports
\xc2\xb7 Prepare journal entries such as accruals of expenses and income, prepayment, stock, Incentives, and fixed assets depreciation.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare GL analysis /tax schedule.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in annual Budgeting process
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Tax Agents and Customs on yearly basis.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flows
\xc2\xb7 To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned when required.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess a Professional Qualification in Accounting.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Accounting / Finance
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse problems and provide solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
