ASSISTANT, FINANCE (ACCOUNT PAYABLE)

DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHD (DAIKIN GROUP)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Key Responsibilities: -

- To assist in Accounts Payable.

- Preparation of DN for rejected goods.

- Administration.

- Assist in maintaining records.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, e.g. Stock Report, COS Clearing Report, and Sales Tax report.

- Preparation of DN for rejected goods (sub-con, including Eimee, AD, etc)

- To assist in accounts payable.

- AP reconciliation.

- Update AP master data

- To carry out any other duties as directed by the company

- Monthly payment for Account Payable.

- Checking E-Invoice.

Report To: Manager, Finance & Accounts / Executive, Accounts

Requirements:

- Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred

- Prior accounting experience preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.

- Meticulous, organized, and have keen eye for details.

- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

- This is a full-time position.
