Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensure reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Lead a team to oversee the Malaysia entity in all aspects, including financial closing, statutory reporting, audit, and taxation. Ensures accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data and revenue. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and forecasts. Responsible for formulating and overseeing the driving of best accounting practices, finance frameworks, and processes to strengthen internal control and ensure compliance over all company transactions. Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and compliance. Support in financial planning and analysis activities. Management of cash flow, working capital, and capex. Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals to deliver high-quality results and continuous improvements. Committed to promoting a Diversity, equity, and Inclusion working environment

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least of 12 years' experience in accounting and finance within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving month-end financial closing processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems. Strong ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including senior management and external stakeholders. Proven flexibility and analytical mindset in solving complex financial and operational challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
