Assistant F&B Manager
to support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring service excellence, maintaining high standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support F&B Manager in daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
Supervise, train, and motivate the service team.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist in inventory control, cost management, and ordering supplies.
Uphold ibis Styles brand standards and hotel policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in F&B operations; supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
