As an

Assistant Front Office

, you will support the front office team in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring smooth daily guest operations. This role is ideal for someone who is guest-oriented, proactive and eager to develop into leadership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Front Office Lead in daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and service coordination. Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience. Support the resolution of guest issues by gathering information, coordinating with relevant departments, and escalating when needed. Manage reservation information, verify booking details, and ensure accuracy in guest records. Assist with shift handovers, task updates, and daily front office checklists. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, ready, and meet guest expectations. Assist in monitoring payments, receipts, and adherence to company SOPs. Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and support administrative tasks as required. Provide support in training new front office members on SOPs, guest handling standards, and system usage. Uphold safety, security, and company policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Requirements



Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office operations (short-stay experience is an advantage). Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and perform in a fast-paced environment. Basic familiarity with booking systems, PMS, or OTA platforms is preferred (training will be provided). Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work collaboratively with the team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
