Supervise and support the front office team in daily operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure smooth guest flow and a professional environment.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in preparing duty rosters and managing staff schedules to optimize productivity.
Greet and interact with guests professionally, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Manage guest complaints with tact, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure VIP guests and special requests are handled with attention to detail.
Support the Front Office Manager in controlling departmental expenses and monitoring budgets.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and financial transactions at the front desk.
Ensure accuracy of reports including occupancy, revenue, and daily summaries.
