Requirements:- Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or any other related certificate. Experience more than three (3) years in Hotel front desk supervisory experience, handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks. Able to write, read and communicate in English and Malay. Mandarin/ Chinese speaking is an added advantage. Extremely organized with a high attention to detail. :- Responsible for the daily running of front office operation and managing staff. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office department
