Job Description


Job Responsibilities Assist General Manager / CEO to plan, develop, implement and oversee the project. To lead a team of project managers, consultants and contractors towards the successful completion and delivery of the project. Responsible for overall project management of the project which includes planning, implementation, execution and completion. Follow up with authorities on the approval of development order, layout plan, land related matters, building plan etc. Perform feasibility studies, budgeting and cost control of the project. Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in senior managerial position in property industry. Hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle. Excellent communication and management skills in dealing with external parties such as consultants, contractors and authorities. Able to work under tight schedule. Good leadership and meticulous in enforcing high standards of work. Candidate must be willing to be based in Sabah.
