Our client is reputable company in the consumer goods/retail industry. In order to support the company\'s rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Human Resources Assistant General Manager. Job Responsibilities Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. Develop and maintain key HR processes and policies to ensure continuity of HR practices and policies within the organisation. Implement HR strategies and initiatives that effectively communicate and support the organisation\'s mission and business strategies. Collaborate, develop and roll out key initiatives to build a comprehensive HR digital transformation that enables efficient management of employee data and HR processes. Lead and work dynamically with the HR team as well as other business functions to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the organisation. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in HR / Social Science / Psychology / Business Admin or equivalent. At least 5 years\' of experience in a senior managerial full spectrum HR role. Demonstrated capability in adapting, aligning and innovating HR practices and solutions and right sizing them to the needs of the business. Experience in a large retail environment and added qualifications/certifications in HR/ HR tools will be an added advantage. Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to assume a leadership role in an evolving and transforming environment. Drive change initiatives with limited resources and roll-up your sleeves attitude to achieve desired results. Demonstrated success at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
