Oversee and manage the full spectrum of operations across a 1,000-acre plantation, including nursery management, land preparation, planting, field maintenance, harvesting, crop transport, and estate infrastructure.
Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day field activities by planning, supervising, and coordinating plantation tasks in line with agronomic and operational standards.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including MSPO (Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil) and RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) standards.
Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to estate staff and field workers, fostering a safe, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in oil palm plantation management.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Deep understanding of oil palm cultivation techniques, planting practices and plantation operations.
Willingness to work and reside within the plantation environment.
