The AGM Sales & Marketing (Cable) will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies within the industrial sector , ensuring growth and market competitiveness. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires expertise in sales operations and marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the regional sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and authorized agents.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients on product applications and solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
• Drive pricing strategies and ensure compliance with approved pricing profiles.
• Oversee credit control and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
