\xe3\x83\xbbInvolve in the Pricing, negotiation with Customers & Partners.\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor progress of each Business Unit profitability.\xe3\x83\xbbReport to Management, advice and make plan.\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of organization operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the accounting, tax planning and budgeting.\xe3\x83\xbbCoordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure compliance with government rules and regulations.\xe3\x83\xbbMonthly reporting to Managing Director, Meeting with Headquarter.\xe3\x83\xbbOversee Information Technology division work progress.\xe3\x83\xbbAdvice Information Division on cost saving in-house creation information technology program.\xe3\x83\xbbOversee and managing all aspects of General Affairs and Security including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management.\xe3\x83\xbbManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs

Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance is a must\xe2\x9c\x935 years related experience in General Affairs & Security, Information Technology and Planning & Control is secondary.\xe2\x9c\x93Preferably have related working experiences in Manufacturing or Logistics industry.\xe2\x9c\x93In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation\xe2\x9c\x93Fast response to environmental change
