Our growing company is looking to fill the role of assistant graphic designer. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position. • Create and design visually appealing modern digital assets in accordance with Chef Wan Group restaurants branding and style guidelines
• Ensure design work is precise, accurate, and adheres to CW groups branding guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing team to interpret company needs and to meet company objectives.
• Take ownership of all offline and online design requirements for the company and all associated brands.
• Follow up and execute the production delivery of assigned creative work (FA, Photography, Digital Imaging Touch Up, Color Separation, Printing etc) with relevant internal and external vendors\\Observing market trends and future trends by staying abreast of creative developments to maintain the standard of creativity in all assigned creative projects.
• Provide meticulous recording and filing of all production/ visual/ creatives done by department including external parties.
• Maintain and update the in-house design archive while managing approvals of licensed artwork, procurement, and sourcing of vendors - staying up to date on prices, materials, processes etc.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize advertising visuals and design interactive experiences for the company\'s various online platforms (Google, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Design a variety of print materials, including but not limited to visual identity (VI), brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and advertising materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet technical specifications and are compatible with various platforms and devices.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in other company events and activities, and/or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD
• Good photography skill for food and merchandise products will be an advantage.

Qualifications for assistant graphic designer

• Designers must be good have knowledge of PhotoShop and ImageReady
• Exposure to programming standards and fundamental understanding of limitations of HTML, CSS, CMS, and Javascript
• Candidates should have experience with and knowledge of typography, page layout, information design, and interactive design
• Ability to work on Mac Platforms
• Broad knowledge of art and design fundamentals, including graphic design, packaging design, typography, photography, illustration
• Ability to work independently and with team.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality or retailing graphics experience
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with Product Packaging with relevant industries categories
• Must be persistent, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task effectively
• A design portfolio review is required for consideration
• A friendly disposition and a can-do, positive attitude with strong communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Creative thinker with a degree in Graphic Design or Design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month Benefits:
