Handling of monthly execution report.
Handling of payment to supplier, vendors, statutory bodies and process of staff claims by online banking/ cheques payment mode.
Updating of journal entries into accounting system.
Handling of monthly suspense account and bank reconciliation.
Handling of document Imaging.
Performing other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
