An exciting Assistant Head of IT Operations (Financial Services) job has just become available at a financial institution based in Petaling Jaya.

About the Assistant Head of IT Operations (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical job, you will be responsible for planning and directing the delivery of effective and efficient IT services including project management, service management incident, IT infrastructure, network planning and risk and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to meet assigned tasks or objectives, especially in managing challenging or highly complex issues or problems
• Manage stakeholders, scope, communication, risk, schedule, quality, resources, and procurement for large, complicated projects
• Develop IT SLAs for both internal and external customers to ensure services are delivered to agreed expectations
• Deal with vendor and system analysts to collect business, functional and non-functional detailed requirements
• Manage IDM support queue and ensure all incidents and requests are resolved within the defined SLA
• Provide operational support to authentication, PKI and Identity management systems

To succeed in this Assistant Head of IT Operations (Finance Services) role, you will need to have strong IT infrastructure and security background as well as the ability to lead teams to achieve business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• More than five years of relevant experience on IT scope and team leading
• Knowledge in ITIL 2011 Edition Foundation, CCNP, CISSP, CCNA certification and currently pursuing PMP and CEH, MYSQL, SQL, .NET HTML, etc.
• Good experience in Penetration Test
• Experience handling and establish the disaster recovery plans and participating in drills
• Leadership and motivation abilities and skilled at building positive relationships with people at all levels
