As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, we rely on you
- Supervise the team performance and process flow
- Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
- Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in the day-to-day Housekeeping operations.
- Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
- Has a strong interpersonal skills
- Fully understands room operations
- Preferably with 3 - 5years experience in a similar role at international hotel
- Lead by example and adaptable to changes
