Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and work schedules of housekeeping staff, including local staff and foreigners. Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure all housekeeping staff are well-informed and properly equipped to perform their duties. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained. Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), housekeeping manuals, and policies to ensure the operations are maintained at high level standard. Provide clear guidelines, and supervision to housekeeping staff to ensure their work aligns with established SOPs and scheduled tasks. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the properties meet quality standards. Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities to ensure timely replenishment and proper storage. Maintain and monitor the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost control and optimal use of resources. Conduct regular risk assessments and promote a safe working environment. Monitor guests' feedback closely and identify areas for improvement. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Requirement

Professional certifications in housekeeping are an added advantage Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. Prior experience in a supervisory role, including staff training and development within a housekeeping department. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, linen management, and housekeeping equipment. Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards. Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation standards.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
