Position Title: Assistant HR Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Industry: Consulting Industry

Remuneration: Basic salary plus EPF + SOSCO + EIS

Working Schedule: 5 days per week

\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and support to team members and assigned team members\' work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources function on employee relations, administrative, payroll, and benefits programs.

\xc2\xb7 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

\xc2\xb7 Assist in ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

\xc2\xb7 Conducting interview, selection, and training of new team members.

\xc2\xb7 Keep in touch with the latest changes in the domain of laws relevant to human resource function.

\xc2\xb7 Take the initiative to suggest and work on improvement plans and policy to gear towards achieving and excelling set out targets.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and lead the Herlo People Operations team to achieve set out targets.

Job Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of working experience in the HR field.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in labor and employment laws.

\xc2\xb7 Need to have the ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders across different teams and departments.

\xc2\xb7 Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in leading and managing a team.

\xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
