• Assist in developing, implementing, and revising HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed.
• Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
• Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software systems to streamline HR processes and data management.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition strategies to foster a positive work culture.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Must come from Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
