Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talents is hired.
Oversee employee onboarding, development and training programs.
Provide guidance on performance management, including setting goals, conducting reviews and handling performance issues.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Handle employee relations issue, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives and foster a diverse, inclusive and safe environment.
Prepare and manage HR-related reports and analytics.
Support management in organization design, workforce planning and succession planning.
Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Advise and support line managers on people management issues including coaching and training.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years in Trading / Distributor from FMCG or Retails from Manufacturing /Production.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
Able to work independently and is a highly motivated individual.
