Assist in human resources activities such as recruitment, total rewards, learning and development, industrial relations and other services as required by the management.
Provide administrative support such as overtime verification, filing of documents, claim and medical submission.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to foreign workers activities to related parties such as immigration department, FOMEMA and MYEG.
Responsible for recruitment of foreign workers, renewal of the work permit and medical check-up.
Responsible to provide required report on a timely manner when required.
To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

Diploma in human resources or equivalent
