Responsibilities:

Onboarding Excellence:

Design and execute a personalized onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a seamless and luxurious integration into the Eastern & Oriental Express family.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information with a focus on exceptional internal customer service.

HR Administration:

Assist in managing HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Recruitment Support:

Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and participating in selection processes.

Performance Management:

Support the performance management process by assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying training and development opportunities.

Training and Development:

Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Policy Implementation:

Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.

Employee Engagement:

Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognizing employee achievements, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and onboarding.

Customer Service Skill

s: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding internal customer service.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

HR Knowledge

: Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Expatriate Experience:

Experience with the Employment Pass process for expatriate employees.

Work Arrangement:

Able to work under a hybrid work location model.

Travel:

Availability to travel as required. T

echnical Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Commitment to Excellence:

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury and service excellence.

Adaptability:

Able to work effectively under pressure.

Attendance and Timekeeping Punctuality:

Demonstrated experience in monitoring attendance and timekeeping, with a strong emphasis on punctuality.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
