Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Manage the full spectrum of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Oversee employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation and development of employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Manage employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
