Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Coordinate the full lifecycle of project assets, including registration, tracking, movement, and disposal, following company procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, IMS documentation, records, and reports. Assist internal audits, management system reviews, and compliance monitoring activities. Collaborate with project teams to ensure assets are properly allocated, used efficiently, and safeguarded at project sites. Support document control activities, including document preparation, review, distribution, and revision of IMS and project-related records. Monitor adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Prepare regular reports on asset status, IMS performance, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, Quality Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in engineering, construction, or asset-based projects is an advantage. Basic understanding of ISO management systems and document control processes is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
