We are hiring an Assistant IT Manager (Applications Management) to manage business applications, reporting, and process automation. This role bridges IT and operations, ensuring applications support business processes effectively while delivering insights and efficiency through reports and basic programming when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Own application lifecycle management (CRM, ERP, WFM, HR tools).
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into IT solutions.
Develop dashboards and operational/ client reports with high accuracy.
Ensure application/data security, integrity, and compliance with access policies.
Train business users and drive adoption of applications and reporting tools.
Write and maintain basic scripts/programs (e.g., PHP, MySQL, Python, VBA, RPA, or similar) to automate repetitive processes and support reporting.
Collaborate with vendors for upgrades, integrations, and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in applications management, business analysis, or BI/reporting.
Proficiency in MySQL and one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., PHP, Python, VBA, JavaScript, or RPA platforms).
Experience with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of business processes in a BPO/outsourcing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training/Working Saturday

IT business analysis & programming experience
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with API integrations between applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to data governance and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
