Solid background in service delivery desk operations and IT infrastructure.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Experience working with network and server management support.
Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades.
Minimum 5 years experience in an information technology role.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
Fast learner, self-driven, self-motivation, and proactive.
Working location: Bandar Sri Damansara
Working hours: 8:30am - 6:30pm
