Job Description

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
• Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards.
• Ensuring adherence to software development methodologies and best practices
• Collaborates with users and vendors to understand the needs and requirement of computer information system.
• Identifying training and skill development needs for the team
• Knowledgeable of technical management of computer hardware, infrastructure, network security, data centre management and data governance.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Specializing in Computer Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid Skills in ASP.NET, VB.Net, MSSQL, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• Good understanding on technology related projects is an advantage such as ASP.NET Web Forms, DevExpress, Telerik or Crystal Reports.
• Experience building and operating in a cloud computing environment.
• Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.
• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Experience with knowledge of technical management of computer hardware, infrastructure, network security, data center management and data governance would be an added advantage.
