We are currently looking to fill the following position for our client, a leading fleet management service provider.ASSISTANT IT MANAGER (Software Development)(Based in Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur)Responsibilities

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
• Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
• Defining project scope, timeliness and resource allocation
• Providing project scope to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards
• Ensuring adherence to software development methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with users and vendors to understand the needs and requirement of computer information system
• Identifying training and skill development needs for the team
• Knowledgeable of technical management of computer hardware, infrastructure, network security, data centre management and data governance.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Specialisiing in Computer Software Engineering or equivalent
• Solid Skills in NET, VB.NET, MSSQL, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
• Good understanding on technology related projects is an advantage such as NET Web Forms, DevExpress, Telerik or Crystal Reports
• Experience in building and operating in a cloud computing environment
• Proven experience in leading development teams
• Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communications skills
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Experience with knowledge of technical management of computer hardware, infrastructure, network security, data centre management and data governance would be an advantage.
