Job Description

Position: Assistant IT Manager (Visual FoxPro & SAP)
Salary: up to RM 9000 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage
Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya
Work Time: 9AM - 6AM, Monday - Friday.
Work Type: 2-year Contract w/ Persolkelly MalaysiaCore Responsibilities (KRA = Key Results & Accountabilities Areas)

• Support day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, user devices and software applications
• Lead business requirement gathering and fine tuning application systems to meet ad-hoc requirement
• Work closely with stakeholders and project management to transform end-user requirements into new system designs
• Managing relationships with stakeholders and performance metrics of external vendors to meet business goals
• Continuously monitor performance of IT services and implementing plans to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance to IT policies and audits at all times by enforcing established standard operating procedures
• Ensure reliability and stability of all IT systems and infrastructure while minimizing downtime
• Ensure IT security and integrity of data, network access controls and backup systems are not compromised.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT
• Microsoft or Cisco Certificate is advantage
• Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, client/server hardware & software, hands-on implementation or supporting SAP system.SAP (HANA, BASIS, BW, BI).
• IT backend infrastructure (networking, security, firewall)
• Experienced in collaborating with 3rd party IT vendor/supplier based in Malaysia (able to converse in Malay & English language).
• IT infrastructure & business application system support
