Responsibilities
Assure Useful Information provided for the Business to Increase Sales and Reduce Loses through Technology with Highest Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness.
Anticipate and define customer needs, develop solutions, and contribute to quality management for both external and internal customers.
Provide service for system errors or wrong settings, including Outlet POS, Warehouse, Dropbox Reporting, and Accounting Systems.
Provide service for software, hardware, data security, and internet environments in Office, Warehouse, and Outlet locations.
Conduct stock takes.
Communicate with other departments for requirements or information exchange.
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor, Line Manager, or Function Head.
Provide training in Microsoft Excel, system structure, and system SOP.
Measure and analyze risk.
