\xe2\x80\xa2 Designing and managing various types of projects, coordination and client, other consultants, specialists, contractors and local authority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent and able to attend meetings with clients and coordination with other consultants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge and skills on the analysis, planning & conceptual design, design development and landscape presentation etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient to prepare drawings and documents for local authority submission, tender and working drawings, site report and site evaluation etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report and share on works progress, problem, issues and ensure proper documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable to create a good working environment, smart thinking, good motivation and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge on hard landscape detail drawings and soft landscape planting material. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to review submission drawings from external consultants at various stages i.e. conceptual stage, design development, tender and contract administration level to ensure that they are aligned with management\'s requirement and expectations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures \xe2\x80\xa2 Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling tender process \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess a minimum a Diploma in Landscape Architecture from recognized local institution \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to works independently or with minimum supervision, but still within a design team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start work immediately and possess own transportation \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and writing skills (Both Bahasa Malaysia and English) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in interpreting architecture and engineering drawings, good understanding and knowledge in landscape architecture.
