Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise maintenance activities for stamping machines, tooling, utilities, and plant facilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure permanent solutions are in place. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective maintenance scheduling. Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and contractor activities. Drive machine improvement and facility upgrade projects aligned with safety and production goals. Monitor equipment performance KPIs and initiate improvement plans as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tools & Dies Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience as

Maintenance Engineering

role for Production Machines, Tooling & Molds, proficient with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
