Provide leadership and guidance to staff involved inAdmissions, Visa, and Insurance functions.
As a sub-unit responsible for converting prospective students into enrolled students, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all processes is essential to meet customer expectations and service quality.
Monitor process performance by leveraging systems and analytical tools to deliver timely data, enabling continuous improvement and proactive interventions.
Interpret, comply with, and align relevant policies in accordance with University regulations--particularly those related to student admissions, international student management, and sponsorship management.
Contribute to the development of performance plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in tracking these against actual performance outcomes.
Assist in planning and executing the annual budget for the unit.
Manage and maintain productive relationships with relevant suppliers, external agencies, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team.
