As the sub-unit responsible for converting prospective students into enrolled students, it is essential to maintain efficient and effective processes that meet customer expectations and uphold service quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff involved in Admissions, Visa, and Insurance functions.
Continuously monitor process performance by leveraging systems and analytical tools to provide timely data, enabling ongoing improvements and proactive interventions.
Interpret, comply with, and align relevant policies in accordance with University regulations--particularly those related to student admissions, international student management, and sponsorship management.
Contribute to the development of performance plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), and support the ongoing monitoring of these metrics to ensure alignment with actual performance outcomes.
Assist in planning and executing the annual budget for the unit.
Manage and maintain productive relationships with relevant suppliers, external agencies, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team.
Experience in handling students visa in an education industry is an added advantage
