Job Description
- Ensure all RFQ\'s are progressing smoothly for submission to customer and the workload amongst Engineer, Application are balanced and not overwhelming
- Managing and supporting the application engineers in their tasks to provide advice and technical guidance for the onward completion of the proposals
- Develop and update internal training plans from time-to-time to ensure all technical details are updated as per current product portfolio.
- To provide internal and external product trainings if and when required.
- Communicating with Regional and Project sales teams by providing support and advice on proposal strategies for MRO and Project related RFQs to meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong customer relationship by understanding MRO/project requirements as well as customer\'s needs and challenges.
- Provide technical support/consultation to meet customers specifications and requirements
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities and new technologies related to the ISV business
- To ensure all documentation related to customer/sales communications, technical documentationare stored for ease of reference and safe keeping
