Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Asia Property Awards in Malaysia.
  • Organize and attend all judges\' meetings, follow up on action items and update the awards team on judges\' recommendations
  • Cocreate presentation deck for sales team and assist in all materials required for awards pitches and entries
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify relevant categories for clients, develop convincing propositions, and answer client queries
  • Prepare for and assist with the awards nomination and entry process, and ensure all entries are duly processed
  • Co-organise activities such as site inspections, media or partner events relating to the Awards programme
  • Co-ordinate filming schedules and attend recording sessions for judges and winning developers, as required by the business
  • Co-organise and co-ordinate all aspects of the annual gala presentation event (Physical or Virtual), assisting with logistics, venue set-up, production schedule/requirements and editing
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all winner entitlements
  • Work closely with external sales and marketing partners to ensure efficient operations and fulfilment of contracted commitments
  • Support all other tasks related to the Awards Business in Malaysia
Requirements:
  • Degree Holder
  • Preferably 2-3 years\' experience working with real estate clients (corporate and/or project level)
  • Knowledge of Awards or Events related industry is an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Have an eye for details and meticulous planning and co-ordination skills
  • Independent, self-driven but also an active team player
