Job Summary

To assist Branch Manager in implementing branch sales strategies to achieve branch\'s sales objectives & goals.

Established initiatives to meet Sales Strategies
Ensure business retention
New Business Development
Organic growth from existing agents & customers
Continuous recruitment of new agents
Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection
Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
Constant social engagement with corporate clients
To conduct risks inspection before acceptance
To accept & underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines
Obtain market intelligent
Work with customer on risk management
To adhere to AMLA provision & other relevant compliance matters pertaining to OACM & the Great Eastern Group policies & be vigilant to uphold these in the discharge of any duties Other related description that related to the functional role as marketing
