Propose financing solutions and facilitate business matching to generate fee income and structure deals.
Conduct on-site visits, KYC assessments, and prepare credit proposals for submission to the credit department.
Manage assigned cases, ensuring timely completion, and guide junior staff.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support business growth.
Monitor client performance and assist with collections as needed.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets.
Prepare reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Japanese or overseas university).
B2B sales experience; exposure to energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or labor-saving solutions is a plus.
Strong financial and marketing skills (Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 preferred).
Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
Proficient in Japanese and English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (mainly to Penang and Johor Bahru).
