Meet company\xe2\x80\x99s budgeted revenue & profitability for new businesses, via organizing, coordinating & leading of the sales activities
Active participation in contract negotiations & renewals, advising impact suggested by customers, provide financial & commercial feedback to be addressed with them
Active participation in contract implementations on invoicing structures & review/advise on supplier/vendor agreements
(B) Solution & Design
Analyze customer needs & use cross-functional knowledge/support (legal, operations, risk finance & commercial) to deliver solution(s) to their satisfaction
Cultivate & enhance existing customer relationships through periodic meetings to review on current operations
(C) Others
Support on the development of both company & customer annual budgets & forecasts, KPIs, cost savings & operational productivity initiatives
Support regional BD team in the development & continuous improvement of processes/tools for contract renewals & strategy on way forward
Job Requirement:
Minimum diploma qualification
Minimum 2 years in a similar position of related experience & industry
Proven track record in business development & solution design
Good operational background & contract management
Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Good written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills in English
Ability to manage across all levels & discipline of an organization
Able to work & deliver within tight deadlines
Experience in contract financial costing & management controls
