You will be responsible for Business Development activities of medical device regulatory conformity assessment and certification services. This includes but is not limited to quality management system audits, product assessments and certifications within Medical Health Service Business Line of Product Services Division. In addition, you will focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to increase revenue and achieve long term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Certification services for Medical and Healthcare related products
Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets, including cross selling opportunities in testing services
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients
Generation of new accounts & maintenance of existing accounts
Develop go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
Build long-term partnerships with business partners and clients
Drive MHS related marketing, market research and competitive intelligence activities
Your Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering or Science discipline with at least 5 years of sales or business development experience. Prior sales management experience is necessary.
Possess experience in working in/with medical device regulatory schemes and quality management systems
Those with experiences in either one of the following will be preferred:service solution sellingormedical device products in ASEAN region
Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders
Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
