Global Service & Parts (GSP) is responsible for the worldwide Service & Parts business of the Mercedes-Benz Group.
The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
Master Data - Pricing
- Price support /maintenance for MBPLAP users/customers.
- Mass price update during year-end.
- Daily cyclic order price setup from IPS to SPM ECC and CRM system.
- Responsible for Inbound & Outbound discount Transfer Price updates in SPM system.
- IT year-end task execution.
- Price Inquiry coordination with Pricing Department in GLC.
- Support to upload One Time Deal (OTD)/Special Net Price (SNP) for MBSG.
Master Data- Product
- Product Support for MBPLAP Users/Customers.
- Creation/Modification of MD for MBPLAP Users/Customers.
- Parts Inquiry.
Master Data - Vendor / Customer
- Master Data Support for MBPLAP Users/Customers.
- Creation/Modification of MD for MBPLAP Users/Customers.
Business and System Process Support
- Close coordination work with central governance, other project teams, and relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives and goals.
- Strong support including strategic planning with the SCM team on the integration, migration, and ramping up and down of existing and new logistic warehouses.
- Support the implementation incl. documentation of stable supply chain processes in the area of fulfillment, planning, transportation, BI, and master data.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in technical majoring in Engineering, IT, Science or Supply Chain.
- Valuable previous experience in logistics and data analysis and proficient in handling large data sets with strong quantitative skills.
- Min 3-5 years related working experience in the automotive parts business, a strong background in IT support in supply chain management or logistics experience.
- Some knowledge of parts business.
- SQL is essential.
- SAP Knowledge - Customer Relation Management (CRM), Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Transport Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong command of English is required to communicate with regional countries in the Asia Pacific and MB Global GSP colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good team player, especially a good sense of intercultural communication in an international work environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, execution, and communication skills.
- Able to handle multi-tasking and good decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership skill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
