Key Responsibilities Broad scope: Capital Planning and Forecasting Assist in the development of comprehensive capital plans and forecasts. Stay informed about regulatory changes related to capital adequacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data. Monitor and analyse internal and external factors affecting capital adequacy. Capital Allocation Assist in the development and implementation of methodologies (eg RAROC) for allocating capital to various business units. Work with business units to understand their capital needs and provide recommendations. Stress Testing Contribute to the design and execution of stress test scenarios by risk management to assess the Bank\'s resilience under stressed conditions. Collaborate with risk management to ensure a holistic approach to capital and risk. Compute and analyse the impact of stress test results on capital adequacy. To provide insights to senior management. Detailed Job Scope Monthly Analyse monthly capital position and communicate the results to provide insights into key drivers of capital movement. Prepare and analyse RAROC by business units, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization. Prepare and analyse 12-month rolling forecast of capital position, by working closely with business units to gather relevant data, constant monitoring and update of key assumptions, and provide regular updates to senior management. Prepare and monitor PIDM scoring (actual and projection) and propose actions plans if necessary. Half-yearly Participate in design, execution and analysis of half-yearly stress testing scenarios. This includes collaborate with risk management and other relevant teams to ensure a thorough assessment, comprehensive analysis on the results, highlighting key findings and provide insights for strategic capital planning. Collaborate with regulatory reporting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of Pillar 3 disclosures. Yearly Participate and coordinate the annual ICAAP exercise, by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather the necessary data, develop and maintain documentation related to the framework and workings, internal and external reporting, and provide support during internal audits. Others/Ad Hoc Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to capital management. Participation in product development, review controls, and accounting matters. Other adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by senior management or as necessitated by evolving business needs. Skills/Knowledge Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field; SAS knowledge/experience is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in capital management, financial planning, risk management, or a related role. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements of banking industry, especially on guidelines related to capital adequacy. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Advanced problem-solving skills and able to work independently in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
